Bacon Cheddar Cheese Ball

Bacon, cheese and ranch. Totally foolproof! and works well when feeding a crowd! I was tired of the same old chipped beef and quite frankly I find the whole peanut thing revolting. (it's to die for...for me!) So, alas with the help of my best friend pinterest, I bring you........Cheeseball.
2 - 8oz blocks of cream cheese
1 - packet of hidden valley ranch (I chose the fiesta flavored one for some extra zing!)
1 - teaspoon of water
1- package of bacon pieces (I would nix the bacon bits, they are a little too crunchy)
1 - 16oz package of sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (or 2 cups)
I microwaved my cream cheese for about 15 seconds to get it to soften up. I mixed in the ranch mix with the water, cheese and then half the bacon. Once mixed I place it on cling wrap and refrigerated it for at least 30 minutes (the more the better). Once ready to serve, roll in the bacon bits  and suggested to serve with those amazing little half pretzel, half crackers .
So good, it's criminal to not eat!
